An Improved Immune Clone Selection Algorithm for Parameters Optimization of Marine Electric Power System Stabilizer

In the marine electric power system, generators will be disturbed by large change of loads or fault system. The usually installed system stabilizers to damp oscillations through excitation control. This paper proposes a novel method obtain optimal parameter values for Power System Stabilizer (PSS) suppress low-frequency in this paper, newly developed immune clone selection algorithm was improved from three aspects adaptive incentive degree, vaccination, and mutation strategies. Firstly, typical PSS implementation type leader-lag structure adopted objective function set optimization process. performance tuned compared with basic (ICSA) under various operating conditions disturbances. Then, an (IICSA) technique implemented on two test systems purposes. Based simulations, it is found that demonstrates superiority over getting smaller number iterations fast convergence rates achieve parameters stabilizers. Moreover, proposed approach improves stability dynamic disturbances
